By Popular Demand (sort of)

So honestly, I have been wanting to blog for a long time, but I would read all these other blogs where people were doing mature, adult things like running marathons, raising four kids, and going on trips to Portugal (actually that was just Daisy's blog). And I was...well...watering plants in my windowsill and killing flies with a substitute teaching pamphlet. But I figured that's not going to change any time soon, and if my brother Marty can have two blogs, then why can't I have one? Besides, who cares if no one reads it? I'd never know.

It was a perfect plan. Too perfect. You see, I'd forgotten about a little thing I like to call the "comments" section, or compliments as Parly calls them (which is really what they are). I couldn't guarantee that anyone would comment/compliment and I would sort of look like an idiot. After months of turmoil I decided I could always count on a comment from Daisy and an occasional comment from my mom and/or husband, and 2-3 comments isn't too much to ask for (remember Dais, this all hangs on you).

So here it goes, a blog about nothing.
